The entire process from beginning to end was frustrating. More complicated than it needs be Impossible to know how much of the craziness was this company and how much was caused by Hawaii of course.

Ordered for a vacation trip. 5 of the 8 orders required follow-up calls to obtain the vouchers. Still waiting on 1 voucher which missed the required date for our trip. Actual test was efficient but order and delivery failed to meet COSTCO normal products.

Worst service from a COSTCO vendor. Even though you I purchased this "voucher" 10 days prior to travel a video appointment could not be made in time for the travel. Easier to find another provider.

After my husband tested positive he went in to get tested two days later and both test was negative so i don’t trust this test

We used this test for our trip to Hawaii. Aside from the fact that this whole “covid test 72 hours before departure” is a complete boondoggle only lining the pockets of Hawaii govt and Azova, the Azova test process was extremely confusing and sub-par for the expensive price tag. We had to purchase 6 tests to fly to Hawaii. My daughter tried 4 times for her video appointment because they kept no showing and she was trying to do it between classes (it was the only time in the 72 hour window). Our biggest issue: We got our results just in time...the evening before our flight. When we arrived in Hawaii, at the Maui airport, my son's girlfriend was told to quarantine for 10 days. Ordered 3 tests that we needed prior to travel; instructions a bit hard to follow. 2 out of 3 tests got stuck in transit and were delayed a day. Despite many calls to Azova for information and help, test results not received prior to leaving home for travel. Azova personnel were polite and helpful to the extent they could but, they had no control over the lab. Very anxiety provoking and stressful. Had to pay for tests at different location prior to travel. Would not use again.

I bought this test for my trip to Hawaii. Although there were some negative reviews, trusted Costco would stock a good product. Wrong! I followed the directions carefully, ordered kit, scheduled appointment, dropped off kit at UPS with almost 71 hours before my Hawaii departure flight. UPS was delayed delivering kit to testing center in Atlanta for no reason at all, just because on their end, took almost 48 hours. I bought 7 of these tests for a grand total of $832.93 for a family trip to Hawaii. After taking the tests, I drove directly to the UPS hub where all packages go before they are loaded up on the plane. My test packages stayed at the hub for more than 24 hours. I'm glad they advertise that "Next Day Delivery." Needless to say, I didn't get my results in time and had to pay for other tests. The lab is in Savannah, GA.
