Go somewhere else. We had to drive 25 miles to pick up test and were told they ran out of tests. We then ordered online. One test arrived at test facility 24 hours later than other so week didn’t get results until 8 hours before flight. People who went elsewhere had much less difficulty
This test kit was not designed to be immediate. They will take a few weeks to get your results, of which you will not be able to apply to flight travel restrictions. On top of which, the vouchers will not always be sent via email on time. You'll have to have a supervisor work with the company to get you your voucher number. The entire program was a mess.
Not to travel on Tuesday or Wednesday. They don’t work on the weekends. I could not use the test
Video observation process was smooth but the results got late. We are 3 family members and did same video observation on the same day same time but only got one result come along next day. We were curious about other 2 results and called to check. We explained and pushed them to search for it. Fortunately, they could locate where it was just a one day before our flight. It could been a disaster too.
The lab which processed the test was not authorized. I was not able to travel to Hawaii! Not Happy!
Be aware that although this is a valid test and very similar in quality to a nasal swab PCR test, very few countries recognize the results from this saliva test for travel. BE CERTAIN that the location you are visiting will accept the result. Rather laborious process of getting registered. The amount of time spent could have been used to go a clinic locally for a widely recognized nasal swab PCR
Was unclear that this would not work for Wednesday travel. Was a waste of time and money.
i realize the test is 98-99% effective. I don’t want to leave a bad review, but ... i’m disgruntled for paying about $600 for NOTHING. I paid for 5 of these tests before my trip to Hawaii (who required this test (specifically) to board the plane). Mine came back positive of the five i bought. I’ve had covid 19 (over three months ago), i’m fully vaccinated (over a month ago) and immediately following this positive result i took SIX more tests (PCR, rapid, anything i could get my hands on): every single one after this one was... read more
I was unable to complete the test because my computer had pop-up blockers preventing me from going online to the video. I am 71 years old and I have no idea what pop-up blockers are, however,, I was never able to complete the test or have a video interchange with someone. We purchased two tests and we are requesting A refund ASAP. Also, my wife suffers from dry mouth, and she was unable to gather enough spit for the test tube.
