The refuse to provide a laboratory tax ID for health insurance reimbursement.
Out of 4 in our family, one tested false positive. We had to cancel our vacation due to this faulty and unreliable test costing us a lot of money and time. The primary care physician later confirmed the negative results with the Rapid as well as RT-PCR test. Costco and governments that allow this test for travel should not allow this test. The test kit itself says "For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures." What if it has a similarly high false-negative results rate. Costco is partly at fault. Partnering with this company was a big mistake for the evaluators and managers. Just a money grab attached to a bunch of excuses. Very surprised at Costco. I love the company and all the value they bring to the market. Very dissapointed.
Azova sent the wrong return box/label. Test result were in no way timely. Poor customer service. Unreliable. Look fo a different option
Read all the print, important info on traveling dates is not in description and is listed below the "add to card" button. So disappointed that in the "Features:" section, they have highlighted in red info, yet do not share the travel dates for the test to be valid. Travel restrictions should be the first NOTE listed under the features section. I have called the lab to get the test assigned to another traveler and have yet to receive a call back. I scheduled 3 weeks in advance to be sure to have my appointment on time. No one ever logged in to the zoom to watch me take the test. They also geve me USPS labels instead of UPS labels. I took an hour to get the rep to email me a new label. I missed a business meeting due to all their errors. No apology, no refund.

I bought this to come back to Hawaii after my trip. They woudlnt let me do a facetime call on the 72 hour mark so I had to do it the following day on a Saturday. The guy told me immediately that I wouldn't get my results in time for my flight. So i had to extend my trip and get another covid test. When I got back they wouldn't let me return it. So I dont recommend buying this test, theres no guarantee you will be able to get it back since they have to ship it after you take it. Definitely dont buy if you have to take it on t... read more
I really should’ve checked the reviews before purchasing, but was fooled by the apparent convenience of this option. My flight to Hawaii departs today, Friday, at 9:50pm EST. I took my COVID test on Wednesday at 10:10am EST (I had initially scheduled my test for Tuesday evening, but in order to meet the 72h cutoff I was told to reschedule for 10:10am on Wednesday).
