Never received voucher and Costco would not refund the cost. Bad deal.
We thought this test option would be more convenient and reliable than other approved COVID-19 tests for travel to Hawaii. Turns out Azova's slow results added to our stress, technology is not at all slick or user friendly, and provider's customer service team gave inconsistent and incorrect information that rendered one of our five expensive test kits worthless. We ended up going to an approved clinic and were in and out.
I ordered a covid test and decided within a couple of hours that I did not need it and could not use it. No refund of order and I can't cancel it.
The process was very complicated, and I was diligent to ask questions. Unfortunately the pharmacists were unclear on the process and I ordered the wrong thing and it was no refundable.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS. I bought this with the intention that it would be a smooth 10 minute video call. I ended up waiting to be connected with an AZOZA Observation Video Staff member for over 30 minutes. When I called the support line to check on the issue, I was told that there are a lot of people waiting to be seen and that it may take another 30 minutes to be seen. Horrible experience. Wasted my money doing this because the test kit did not explicitly say that we need to make a video appointment to have someone watch us do the test. On top of that, even though I registered my kit online, when I called I was told that I didn’t have a kit registered even though I could see it. Do yourself a favor and just go to an actual clinical to get tested.
The company reschedule our test right before the scheduled start time. Then they were 10 minutes late to the new start time. Not very convenient.
We bought this for a flight to Hawaii. We needed a Covid test within 72 hours of our departure time. UPS does not pick up or deliver on Sunday. I had a flight Monday at 6pm. Azova does their last observation around 2:30pm Pacific. It would be nice if I had both pieces of this information because there was no way we would have received test results in time for our flight.
I would say this is just stress and waste of time and money if you are going to Hawaii. I write this from my quarantine room. Ups delay? Wait, make sure what time ups is picked up from your area. Bad connection for call, guy FaceTimed my, that was only good thing. Otherwise you will probably end up out of money and have plenty of time in quarantine.
