I dont normally review, however I need to commend the customer service I received from Tiffany in online customer service. My original bedroom set was not available. I called and spoke to one lady and picked another bedroom set and was advised would get call back. No call back. I called back and spoke to Tiffany. We walked into Bel's furniture store. Sales people weren't very attentive. Perhaps they were busy. We didn't see anything of interest so started to walk out. But then a salesman Abraham stopped us before we could leave and said " can I help you find something?" Had it not been for Abraham we would've walked out without making a purchase. Thanks to him. We found what we needed.

This location was very clean with lots of people eager to help. I went for the Columbus Day specials and ended up getting way more than I planed to overall great value and a decent selection of products
I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat on February 17, 2022, that took 30 days to receive, and within 3 months a spring came loose that could not be repaired, so I filed a claim with Guardian Protective Plan. It took about a month for my claim to be approved. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Bel. Amazing customer service and I got my furniture within a week!! Quick and easy process and absolutely no complaints.
Ok, so their furniture may not be top of the line, but for what you get for the price, pretty amazing. Staff easy to work with. And they even hauled off our old furniture at no charge.
I purchased three beds and a new sofa. Ms. Renee at the Katy Freeway location was awesome to work with! I will definitely be going back to purchase more furniture.
