This location was very clean with lots of people eager to help. I went for the Columbus Day specials and ended up getting way more than I planed to overall great value and a decent selection of products
I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat on February 17, 2022, that took 30 days to receive, and within 3 months a spring came loose that could not be repaired, so I filed a claim with Guardian Protective Plan. It took about a month for my claim to be approved. In my attempt to get another reclining sofa and loveseat, I was told I could only pick out something on the showroom floor, not from the Online Only choices. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Bel. Amazing customer service and I got my furniture within a week!! Quick and easy process and absolutely no complaints.
Ok, so their furniture may not be top of the line, but for what you get for the price, pretty amazing. Staff easy to work with. And they even hauled off our old furniture at no charge.
I purchased three beds and a new sofa. Ms. Renee at the Katy Freeway location was awesome to work with! I will definitely be going back to purchase more furniture.
Purchased a beautiful king bedroom set from them on site and had it delivered. The sales lady in the store, whose name I don't remember, was very helpful and kind. Received a call a couple days before expected delivery to confirm. On delivery day, received a phone call of the time frame to expect them, they arrived within 30 mins of that time.
