I purchased a king size and queen mattress and had them delivered on March 15,2025. In less than 60 days of having the mattress the sank in. When I contacted the manager at Willowbrook, they told me that Bel Furniture could not do anything for me and I have to contact the manager. Silver lining mattress has not returned or acknowledged my email. I have purchased several items from Bel Furniture before but this will be my last.

On April 25, 2025 I picked up a desk in Katy that I had purchased at the store in Pasadena. The desk was damaged. After talking with Corporate office I was informed that I would be responsible for returning it in Katy. I informed her of my disability and the inconvenience of getting someone to help me. She insulted me by saying that I never mentioned anything about my disability. I did not know that I had too for me to get justice. I had a disappointing experience with Tony, the manager, and Elle at the front desk. The customer service was lacking, and their approach to handling business matters and accommodations felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I cannot recommend them to anyone who values their hard-earned money. Additionally, they charged $89 for delivery and then added another $180 due to their own mismanagement.

Ordered a love seat online. Received a message someone would contact me in 3-4 days. It's been almost 2 weeks and no one has called. There is NO live person you can contact, only text and no one contacts you. Trying to cancel my order, but cannot talk to a human!! I ordered through the Sugar Land location.

A great selection and variety, with good value and a with helpful staff. Management and marketing need an overhaul as they have misleading ads and leadership that won't speak with the customer. We ultimately left which was sad as the staff members are so nice and try to be helpful. When management won't speak with customers and marketing puts out misleading signs it's a bad first impression to the last impression. Go check out the stock but if it's not to your liking walk don't waste time asking to speak to a manager.

Horrible Coustomer service. Can't reschedule delivery. If requested, you have to pay again their delivery charges. Two times brought broken furniture pieces.

TRASH TRASH TRASH!! Do NOT buy from here!! I purchased a 3 piece sectional the first week of august 2024 and was delivered a couch with ONE wrong piece. The following week they were supposed to send me the right piece for my couch but ended up delivering the wrong piece AGAIN. Cool. We reschedule for the next following week and the delivery driver called me earlier in the day and told me my couch would be delivered between 4-8pm. I get a call at 750pm stating that the piece to my couch got wet and he's unable to deliver it. ... read more

The worst furniture company in America. Be ready to get zero costumer support. They sent the wrong set of furniture then rescheduled for a different date and the delivery truck called to say that they'll be delivering after 8PM, I told then that's not possible because the building doesn't allow furniture delivery after 5PM, the driver didn't care about it and the store offered zero solutions and kept saying to call corporate.
