I made purchases from the Sugarland, Texas location and I was so disappointment with the quality of the sofa. The sofa ripped after 3 weeks upon delivery. I called the store and customer services and complained and I was told that it cannot be replaced because the sofa has exceeded the 3-days warranty. SELLING USED UNSANITIZED FLOOR MODELS & FALSE ADVERTISING. The manager will sell you used floor models as new without you knowing. Let me explain.. I purchased a Bed from this location 3/17/21. I was told by the employee who sold the bed to me and by the employee who cashed me out that I could pick up by bed any time the following week because I didnt move until 3/27. Just go to the back of the building where it said customer pick up and someone would bring it to me. Today 3/29 I went to the store to pick up my bed and pulled to the back of the building and called. I told them that I was here to pick up my bed and said my name. I ordered on line in January. Item was supposed to be her second week of March. I signed up for updates , yet never got any. Not one at all. Today I called and they said it's the customer responsibility to keep up and call for updates for item to be delivered at the warehouse and now I had to wait an additional 3 weeks. Worse online Service . I canceled my order and will supposedly get an e-mail with cancel and refund confirmation. Gotta wait and see if it happens if not I have to follow up and see .
Had to WAIT 10 day for our stuff to get delivered from Katy to Angleton and then they don't even bring all the correct pieces to complete it!! Corporate office can't even tell me when I'll be getting my correct pieces. I was really needing it company. I was really really frustrated and disappointed! There customer service is horrible!
If I could rate this company a zero I would. I have been dealing with an issue and a delivery that was made on 11/30/2020. I reached out to customer service on several different occasions. Left message for Maritza, the delivery Manager when there was a problem with delivery. Then it got worst once I received the table and got Customer Service. dont buy anything from theses crooks. purchased a dinnett set and a protection warranty. the protection warranty is a scam. one of the chairs starting ripping on the back seam. i called the warrenty company(guardian another scam) and was told to send a copy of the invoice, pictures and the entire table and chairs, and a picture of the chair that was coming apart. after waiting several days for a reponse i was told by guardian that the chair was not covered. the guy told me that unless i ripped,stained or damaged the chair... read more
I am in the process of furnishing my son's first apartment and he found a couple of items he liked at Bels furniture on 151 and 410. The customer service desk employees are the WORST. I stood literally in front of the guy behind the glass for at least 5 minutes and he didn't even look up to acknowledge me or anything. Customer service and delivery guy is horrible with bad attitudes. Can't get a warranty on a mattress without buying a mattress pad. Wouldn't obey the prices online. Lied and said the prices were different than what was online. Issues with the delivery guys being in the wrong location after repeating numerous times where I stay and even offered to FaceTime.
