We have had the most worse experience with the Bel Furniture Store In Calallen CCTX. After visiting and purchasing a table the sales person promised a delivery of a couple of days to then 3 weeks. On delivery date did not receive a call of a 3-4hr window so delivery person called me outside the door. He waited 15mins and left before I could arrive from a job I worked 25mins away. For the sake of your SANITY steer clear of this horrible company. If I could give this store a negative 5,000,000 star rating I would. I purchased a brand new bunk bed from Bel Furniture. My five year old was at the top and I was going to transition my two yr old to the bottom bunk. I was making the bottom bunk to place my year old when the bed frame snaps. Terrible customer service. I bought a 9 piece outdoor patio set and it came missing all chair seat cushion and all stool cushion. Called customer service believing that would be an easy fix and since they could send the missing cushions but instead they asked me to bring all the packages back to their Warehouse for an exchange. On June 21, 2021, I, Mr. J. Cross, purchased a bed at Bel Furniture located at 3939 Fairway Plaza Drive Pasadena, TX 77505. I thought it was a terrific purchase and received a fantastic deal. We went to the store on Katy Freeway looking to purchase three recliners. The young lady led us to a back room where the individual recliners were sitting. In order to sit in them to be sure the seat wasn't too long or short we had to step over rolls of flooring and move boxes. The young lady stood back playing on her phone while we tried to get to the recliners. Needless to say we did not purchase the furniture nor will we return or recommend this store. Service and atmosphere were no where to be found.

This review deserve a negative but there is no negative to choose from. Buyers please beware when buying from Bel Furniture. I was charged to return defected merchandise in which they call it a restocking fee. Why would you restock merchandise that is defected. I was told they have to send it back to the company they purchased it from. Wow and I have to pay that fee.... I made purchases from the Sugarland, Texas location and I was so disappointment with the quality of the sofa. The sofa ripped after 3 weeks upon delivery. I called the store and customer services and complained and I was told that it cannot be replaced because the sofa has exceeded the 3-days warranty. The lady I spoke with so blunt and rude that I pondered how the company has been flourishing with such an employee with a nasty attitude. SELLING USED UNSANITIZED FLOOR MODELS & FALSE ADVERTISING. The manager will sell you used floor models as new without you knowing. Let me explain.. I purchased a Bed from this location 3/17/21. I was told by the employee who sold the bed to me and by the employee who cashed me out that I could pick up by bed any time the following week because I didnt move until 3/27. Just go to the back of the building where it said customer pick up and someone would bring it to me.
