My husband and myself purchased furniture from your store in Houston in September 2022. We are yet to receive our order despite making payments. We have been given the run around for months. We have every excuse possible. Your company even delivered the wrong sofa and refuse to pick it up or exchange for our actual furniture. I hosted Thanksgiving at my home and due to your company's mistake my guest were subject to sit on lawn chairs. Please help help help.
I do not recommend purchasing furniture from this company. I purchased a table set with the extended warranty. Less than a month later the legs of all the table and chairs started to change colors. The table was black and white started appearing all around the legs and bottom of table/chairs. The extended warranty plan refused the repair or replacement citing it a manufacturer issue. Had me sit waiting for a mattress for over a month, and when I finally called about it they said it wasn't sent due to fraud alert. After sending verification of my ID and Card which was requested, they then tell me I have to go pick it up in person because they don't deliver to my area when I already paid $100 for shipping. Absolutely trash company, wouldn't and will NEVER buy from here again. STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Absolutely ridiculous.
It was really bad and I would never go their ever in my life. I promise you that it is the worst customer service and furniture quality ever. When we opened up the package, we saw that it wasn't even the type of chairs we ordered. We were being nice and decided not to argue about that. After we put it together, 2 of the chairs were uneven and kept on wiggling. It was apparently not measured correctly, so it was unbalanced. I can't believe the good customer service reviews from this store, it has to be family and friends of employees! I waited over a month for a delivery, then the date of delivery switch 5 times after the date and time they were supposed to be there. Then they did something weird with the actual charge of the merchandise because each person (5) that I spoke with told me different prices and different reasons why the prices were different! Had 3 transactions with Bel Furniture within a year. Only one went smoothly. Always an issue when we want furniture delivered which was it was already sold to a previous customer before we arrived. We will be notified of this by a phone call about a day or so after we complete the transaction in store. Also, be aware that before completing the transaction the sales rep will pressure you to leave a review. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding this company for your furniture needs.
In 2018, A family member wanted to give me a gifting of new furniture. She bought a new railing for my bed, a dining set and living room sofa, love seat and recliner as a set. I called to see if the delivery guys would remove the old furniture. The representative on the phone said you have to ask them. They may do it at cost. They told me they would do it. Purchased a wall bed from here online, picked up the same day on a Saturday from their warehouse in Katy, 44 miles away only to get the item home and the brackets on the rails were all pre installed backwards. Apparently they installed left brackets on both rails and the brackets pointed upward.. Crown Mark SKU: B4655-Q. Called them on Monday and was told I had to return the rails back to their Katy distribution store and they closed at 5pm. Poor quality products, sales associates at Beaumont store are not friendly. They will keep reschedule the pick up time, so do not expect to get your order on time. not professional.
