So I purchased a bed and a simple living room set from Bel about five years ago. I must say that I appreciate their ability to not force the upsale. I went here about two weeks ago and it was great to not feel some immense pressure to purchase a $5K bedroom set. I have been able to just check out the inventory and walk away without the immediate need to finalize a purchase for the sake of a sales commission. Much respect to Bel Furniture for their ability to not do the "Do or Die" hard sale.

First I have to say they need to call themselves Bel Refurbished Furniture and I will explain why. So we went there just recently in December of 2025 they had some special going on but we didn't choose their sets on sale we chose one that was not on sale. Oh and By the way that Delivery free and set up free isn't real its false advertisement, the sales person pointed it out to me on their brochure small writing. One of the worst experience of this year to bedroom very disrespect customer service also . I would recommend to go different If you decide to go please read all the paperwork because they let you know what's the policy they have before you initial anything or sign anything please check and when you try to call gonna put you on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and there's any payment you cannot do it on the phone online. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They use fine print to deceive you. You will NOT get what's pictured or what you pay for. I will continue to post negative reviews every where I can. This company is a SCAM.

A week after our bookcase was supposed to be delivered, it appears to not have even shipped yet. I emailed info@belfurniture.com as instructed in my order email and it was returned as undeliverable. Twice. Sat on hold for forever trying to get a hold of customer service and my call was never answered. BULLSHIT company.

One star might be too high of a review. We purchased a set: sofa, Love seat, and recliner. All of the set has problems with the reclining mechanism. We bought the warranty. Once they replaced the sofa, but it looks like the reclining mechanism has failed again. Now, they are giving us a hard time trying to use the warranty. This is the lowest quality sofa set, that happened to look nice, but is extremely poorly made.

Not a trustworthy company, I purchased furniture from Bel furniture with out looking the online negative review about this company, which is absolutely true customers having a lot of problems from this company,I have problem with recliner, five months later after the purchase, I contacted them, it took 4 weeks for picking it up for repair, it's been 8 weeks and still didn't get it back, any times I call the customer service, Margeretta. I wish I could leave a negative Star. Bel Furniture is intentionally providing the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I purchased a sofa set that I was excited to get and then I discovered that the back of the sofa was not correct and I reached out to them many times I've even gone by the store and they said that they were going to have someone to reach out to me what they do is they'll respond by text after they ask for pictures and then a few days later they stop responding.
