I ordered from this company for the first time and didn't receive a call or email about the shipping details. I waited five days, then called them to let them know I hadn't gotten any shipping info or phone call, even though my money was taken out of my account the moment our order was processed. The delivery team came, assembled the bed, but caused some damage: the wood is peeling, and they stripped some screws as well. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They use fine print to deceive you. You will NOT get what's pictured or what you pay for. I will continue to post negative reviews every where I can. This company is a SCAM.
A week after our bookcase was supposed to be delivered, it appears to not have even shipped yet. I emailed info@belfurniture.com as instructed in my order email and it was returned as undeliverable. Twice. Sat on hold for forever trying to get a hold of customer service and my call was never answered. BULLSHIT company.

Refusing to help resolve a damage claim their delivery team caused . I've called emailed and reported to BBB but they don't care .

One star might be too high of a review. We purchased a set: sofa, Love seat, and recliner. All of the set has problems with the reclining mechanism. We bought the warranty. Once they replaced the sofa, but it looks like the reclining mechanism has failed again. Now, they are giving us a hard time trying to use the warranty. This is the lowest quality sofa set, that happened to look nice, but is extremely poorly made.

I wish I could leave a negative Star. Bel Furniture is intentionally providing the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I purchased a sofa set that I was excited to get and then I discovered that the back of the sofa was not correct and I reached out to them many times I've even gone by the store and they said that they were going to have someone to reach out to me what they do is they'll respond by text after they ask for pictures and then a few days later they stop responding. I called and was not given opportunity to speak to Troy, two managers called me and I've yet to have my claim resolved . Their delivery guys damaged my floor redone just two years ago and now are refusing to assist to resolve my claim or provide any insurance information and name of individuals who entered my home .

I need Mr Troy Simmons to reach out to me . I purchased an 1800 item and their delivery team whether outsourced or not damaged my floor . Bel furniture has been of no assistance and refusing to make this situation right .
