We went today to find a new matress for our new bed. We were greeted right away by Robert, He led us to what we came looking for and gave us time to see around some other options even though we knew what we wanted. He was not rushing us to get the matress in fact he walked away to gave us some space. We left the store with a good deal on our matress and we set up a delivery date. Again thank you Robert for your time.
I came in town to visit family. I needed a good buy on a mattress set for the short term I was staying. I stopped in and they took great care of me. So good, that I also decided to buy a dining table and chairs for my family. I felt I got a great deal. Most of all the customer service was awesome. I'd highly recommend Bel Furniture to anyone looking for a great deal and great customer service. Keep up the great work.
Lee is very helpful and knowledgeable on products and policies. He tries to help in any way he can. He used to be at the Willowbrook location and would push to give us the best service.

Great place to shop, I was able to furnish my apartment for under $1500. Thanks to the manager (Ronald) for taking care of us.

Bel has a very varied collection of furniture and is cheaper than other places around here. my trip to 10516 Katy Fwy was pleasant and i was able to complete my purchase within 2 hours, Ms.Azi is a wonderful salesperson, she took care of us very well answering questions patiently, promptly and knowledgeably. she is very energetic. I'd recommend Bel to my friends.
I was welcomed immediately by Azi. I was stopping in to check out their sale. I had lots of questions! Azi patiently led me around the store and answered all my questions. I brought my husband back and she did it all again. We were never rushed or pressured. We got our bed and dining chairs for a great deal. Definitely check them out!
I bought a table from here from Azi she was wonderful and the store manager Ronald was phenomenal as well they have quality furniture. If your looking for furniture and your on a budget you definitely have to go here and see them.
