This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in entire untied states. This is con business and beware from buying here. I would give 0 starts if I can. I was asked to pick a date for delivery and the driver called me to confirm 1 day before and said they will deliver between 4-7 pm. Again in morning they called to confirm the delivery window of 4-7 pm. But the problem started when they called at 7 pm and said they are 5 mins away. Purchased bunk bed with dresser attached for my grand-daughter and daughter . Waited two weeks for paid for delivery and set-up no problem. Grand-daughter still was being potty trained that we decided to leave the plastic wrapping on the matresses. For some reason she was quickly potty trained. I think she did not want to soil her new bed. So we removed the wrapping off the matresses and one has a tear. By far upset my delivery was the worst experience I paid for my furniture and for them to call the wrong number ! a guy to come knock on my door who didn't knock loud enough in my quite big space ! And for the warehouse so call corporate to be of no help. Don't buy from here once you cancel they will try to charge you 25%fee from what you paid and they will not resolve anything for you .You will be the one to blame because the idiot in corporate is heartless and loves to be just a straight up pain in the butt! 1st and la... read more

Do not shop here!!! You will regret it. Attempted to buy a table set 1. they refused to deliver it 2. The warehouse is 45 mins away 3. Called both the warehouse and the store before heading to pick up my table. Confirmed they had the set bc I already paid for it 4. Drove an hour just for them to tell me they don't have anymore. 5. Then had to drive back to the original store to get a refund THIS PLACE IS S FULL BLOWN HEADACHE!!! Run away!!! And slightly a scam. If there was a zero star i would be definitely selecting it. The worst customer service, no sense, playing fools, you repeat to them what they in exact words and ask them to confirm that they run away from it, no set in stone information. I will get my couches only because I have ongoing claim with them, and I am not stepping my foot back there. Been a customer from 2017, but no more. Purchased an outdoor furniture set, had to wait to have it delivered. It came, two weeks later, but cushions were missing. I told the delivery guys, who did not speak English! Finally they understood, they said they knew....ok....Soooooo, why was it delivered incomplete? They couldn't tell me. So I called the store. They told me to take pictures, email them, and wait 5 business days! Seriously? What a terrible excuse for customer service. Just a waste of time!

The customer service is inadequate when a problem is determined with your purchase. I purchased this desk a month ago. When it was determined that there were flaws. Pictures were taken to provide evidence of the issues. When I called and told them of the defects, I was asked to send an email with the pictures and description. See the attached pictures. Every time I've gone to the store for an item in there sale paper they never have the item,and I'm told I can order the item and it will take 2 weeks to get to the store,this has happened on several times or I'm told I can pay an additional 50.00 to have it shipped from the warehouse to the store or 100.00 to my home.This is the day of the sale.Not worth the time of going there.....

Awful, awful experience. I waited over 2 months for my furniture to be delivered when originally I was told it would take 3 weeks. Every time I called back I was told it was "delayed" and I was understanding because of COVID. At the 2 month mark when I requested a refund because apparently the furniture was never coming, I was told the shipment was there all along and it had not been delivered because I had never called to schedule a delivery time?!?!?
