I bought a bedroom set for my grand-daughter. It was advertised as wood furniture. About a week of having it, it started puffing up on edge from the moisture of a cold drink. I contacted them and did all I was told to do like take pictures, etc. The end game was we must have done something and they were no responsible. The furniture scarred real easy. Will never buy anything from Bels. Don't stand behind their products. Bad customer service. Merchandise is crap. I'm finish.Thank you
Bel Furniture between Brookshire and Katy are unethical, lack integrity, poor customer service, etc. Anyone have a District or Regional Manager personal contact so that i won't have to speak with 15 different people and tell my complaint 15 different times? I purchased a $600 recliner from Bel Funutre and in less than 3 months it was literally broken The foot rest had just cracked, the left side of the arm of the chair had come apart from the base. I call and was told i needed to get in touch with their repair people. It has almost been 2 months and still nothing has been done about this recliner. I brought a dining table with chairs and two office chairs. The company sent me a used (floor model) chairs and dining table. It is so cheap that they have covered the furniture in dirty blankets when they deliver the furniture. Items that clearly says used, return, or floor model, not new. I ordered a new product from them and they charged me full price and even charged me $100 plus for delivery. I contacted the company about my concern, but nobody was interested in it. My husband and myself purchased furniture from your store in Houston in September 2022. We are yet to receive our order despite making payments. We have been given the run around for months. We have every excuse possible. Your company even delivered the wrong sofa and refuse to pick it up or exchange for our actual furniture. I hosted Thanksgiving at my home and due to your company's mistake my guest were subject to sit on lawn chairs. Please help help help.
I do not recommend purchasing furniture from this company. I purchased a table set with the extended warranty. Less than a month later the legs of all the table and chairs started to change colors. The table was black and white started appearing all around the legs and bottom of table/chairs. The extended warranty plan refused the repair or replacement citing it a manufacturer issue. Had me sit waiting for a mattress for over a month, and when I finally called about it they said it wasn't sent due to fraud alert. After sending verification of my ID and Card which was requested, they then tell me I have to go pick it up in person because they don't deliver to my area when I already paid $100 for shipping. Absolutely trash company, wouldn't and will NEVER buy from here again. STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Absolutely ridiculous.
It was really bad and I would never go their ever in my life. I promise you that it is the worst customer service and furniture quality ever. When we opened up the package, we saw that it wasn't even the type of chairs we ordered. We were being nice and decided not to argue about that. I can't believe the good customer service reviews from this store, it has to be family and friends of employees! I waited over a month for a delivery, then the date of delivery switch 5 times after the date and time they were supposed to be there. Then they did something weird with the actual charge of the merchandise because each person (5) that I spoke with told me different prices and different reasons why the prices were different!
