A great selection and variety, with good value and a with helpful staff. Management and marketing need an overhaul as they have misleading ads and leadership that won't speak with the customer. We ultimately left which was sad as the staff members are so nice and try to be helpful. When management won't speak with customers and marketing puts out misleading signs it's a bad first impression to the last impression. Go check out the stock but if it's not to your liking walk don't waste time asking to speak to a manager.

Horrible Coustomer service. Can't reschedule delivery. If requested, you have to pay again their delivery charges. Two times brought broken furniture pieces.

TRASH TRASH TRASH!! Do NOT buy from here!! I purchased a 3 piece sectional the first week of august 2024 and was delivered a couch with ONE wrong piece. The following week they were supposed to send me the right piece for my couch but ended up delivering the wrong piece AGAIN. Cool. We reschedule for the next following week and the delivery driver called me earlier in the day and told me my couch would be delivered between 4-8pm. I get a call at 750pm stating that the piece to my couch got wet and he's unable to deliver it. ... read more

The worst furniture company in America. Be ready to get zero costumer support. They sent the wrong set of furniture then rescheduled for a different date and the delivery truck called to say that they'll be delivering after 8PM, I told then that's not possible because the building doesn't allow furniture delivery after 5PM, the driver didn't care about it and the store offered zero solutions and kept saying to call corporate. if I can give a -0 I would purchase a chair from them to nightstand, they tried to charge me for delivery twice. Very poor communication with customers after they get your money... they have a corporate number that says customer service but you will never get in contact with a live person. Stay away from Bel Furniture. They are not for the working class person. You're only transactional. Poor customer service for communication and very, very slow with refund. That's what I wanted at this time a full and complete refund.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Ordered a mattress came in within 10 days but they sent me the wrong one. It's going on 4 weeks to get them to swap it out with the one I ordered. I should've been top priority but I guess they could care less since they already got paid.

No FUCKING STAR ...I pay cash for a dining table only to find out when the day of the delivery wrong mf table ..Get to the store I have to wait more days bc of there fuck ups . Only to know u have to be there or not they will have to charge another fee what happens if Bels delivers the wrong item I think I need my delivery fee back..I think about getting my money back this is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I bought a bedroom set for my grand-daughter. It was advertised as wood furniture. About a week of having it, it started puffing up on edge from the moisture of a cold drink. I contacted them and did all I was told to do like take pictures, etc. The end game was we must have done something and they were no responsible. The furniture scarred real easy. Will never buy anything from Bels. Don't stand behind their products. Bad customer service. Merchandise is crap. I'm finish.Thank you

Bel Furniture between Brookshire and Katy are unethical, lack integrity, poor customer service, etc. Anyone have a District or Regional Manager personal contact so that i won't have to speak with 15 different people and tell my complaint 15 different times? Said they would refund me after issues with delivery. They haven't refunded me and they have the furniture. I have now purchased furniture from a different store. I want my refund as promised from Bel. Now, the manager is ignoring me and not responding. They deserve ze... read more
