The customer service is inadequate when a problem is determined with your purchase. I purchased this desk a month ago. When it was determined that there were flaws. Pictures were taken to provide evidence of the issues. When I called and told them of the defects, I was asked to send an email with the pictures and description. See the attached pictures. Every time I've gone to the store for an item in there sale paper they never have the item,and I'm told I can order the item and it will take 2 weeks to get to the store,this has happened on several times or I'm told I can pay an additional 50.00 to have it shipped from the warehouse to the store or 100.00 to my home.This is the day of the sale.Not worth the time of going there.....

Awful, awful experience. I waited over 2 months for my furniture to be delivered when originally I was told it would take 3 weeks. Every time I called back I was told it was "delayed" and I was understanding because of COVID. At the 2 month mark when I requested a refund because apparently the furniture was never coming, I was told the shipment was there all along and it had not been delivered because I had never called to schedule a delivery time?!?!? Bell Furniture Pasadena, has a very good customer service and has good prices. The problem is dealing with Corporate Customer Service. I am going to wait until the supervisor calls me back to see if they fix my problem. But as of now I will no longer make any purchases at any Bel Furniture and I just want my money back for the sectional I bought.

Terrible terrible Business!!! DO NOT BUY anything from this business!! 99% chances, you will receive broken furniture and you will have to wait for weeks not months to get refund back if you will ever get it.. Their store do not have access to their corporate office to request refund for you, ITS 20th century, get over on your evil process and refund money back without much hurdles.. I bought a bedroom set and arrived with cracked footboard and misaligned drawers . The only piece that didn't have an issue was the nightstand. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. There is no accountability and definitely are well trained in giving the run around. Repaired the footboard and sent replacement that was new with the same issue! Now they want to charge me a restocking fee to return. I will never shop here or recommend this place.

I bought a "PREMIUM MATTRESS" at bell furniture on Katy Fwy location with 10 years of warranty!!! What a joke fellas the mattress started to sink before one year of use and when I applied for an inspection they sent me a guy who was very very rude and unprofessional, long story short they denied my warranty for one centimeter and now I have to wait for 6 months having bad nights to get another inspection this is ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BELL FURNITURE. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

paid and ordered and only received one Item. Called Webster location and they had no idea what I was talking about stated they would find out and follow up with me in reference to my purchase. I have yet to here from them. I call and get the run around.

They have nice furniture pieces for decent prices but the customer service here makes me not want to come back again. We came in the day prior to buy an item and said that we would be back the next day to pick it up. We came in and they didn't even have the item ready to go and kept us waiting around, passing us off between different workers telling us different things.
