Excellent service advisor good pricing and timing
It included a safety inspection. Friendly, efficient and customer focused.
Experienced tech ices. Fair pricing for most maintenance repairs. They let me know what services were due.
Between Jessica(service writer) and Rick(master tech) the service was prompt and excellent!!!
Helped us before they were even open. Got us a super low interest rate. Very nice no pressure people.
Excellent informed counseling before very competent service.
Bought 4 new tires, balanced and aligned. Was supposed to take 2 hours (which seems long to me for this type of job). Ended up being closer to 3. They negelected to reset odometer, which is an easy fix and I know how to do it. I've never gottenout of here in the time I was stated. On the plus side, the waiting room is comfortable and well stocked with goodies, readng material, big screen TV, and chargers for all kinds of devices!
Excellent customer service! Communication with the customer is 2nd to none. And the quality of their work is excellent!
As usual, Berlin City provided excellent customer service. We couldn't be happier with their service dept!
