However, Candra was great to work with, she was helpful and informative, and not one-bit "pushy". I was impressed and never felt pressured as I took a month to decide what to do. Scheduled regular service - oil change and tire rotation. I don't recall the names, but the gentleman who help me was friendly, and the service was quick. "I took my Honda Fit in for some routine maintenance. ..." I took my Honda Fit in for some routine maintenance. Scheduling the work was easy and Jeff Lamore, the Service Advisor, assisted me. I saved $30 by taking advantage of a Spring Special coupon found on their website. Thw whole process was very easy and convenient. I dropped my car off at 7:15 AM and Al Grover drove me to work in their shuttle van. Al picked me up at 4:30 PM at work and took me back to the dealership.
