It is the only place I would get a mortgage loan from to be honest. I feel like they work for your best interests. Its not all about the closing costs and commissions. I wish they did other lending.
I was not too sure about this company, but once the whole process started, I was very Impress by their professionalism and they're willing effort to help their customers. I would recommend aplying with them before anywhere else. Professuinal, transparent and helpful. 5 stars for Better.com and I am recommending It to everyone I know
Bought our first home with a Better.com mortgage. We stayed on top of the tasks, which were all pretty easy to be honest. Most were digital signatures, no need to print, sign, scan, repeat. We closed on time and I was always able to get someone on the phone to help with any questions I had. Our realtor hadn't had any experience with this company, but after our loan closed he said he was impressed with how it all went. Best mortgage experience out there, hands down! The to do tasks are awesome and make it SUPER easy to complete my part of the process. You will NOT find better rates anywhere. I tried many times. We just completed our refi last week and also used them for the same house new purchase a year ago.

Customer service was great but their finance rate wasnt,my fiance has credit rating of 780 & 4.75% APR was above market average of 3.5%
