Ive refi'ed a few times with other companies, this was above & beyond the best process and experience. Their portal guided me through all the tasks, i could upload, download, sign, fill out all forms online, when i had questions about a task i could chat directly online with them, and i got alerts on status and next steps via email. This all allowed me to work on my schedule, knowing things are transparent and i always could chat with someone. I'm a fan!

I had a very good with the loan process, I had so many questions which were clearly answered by the team. I got a good rate but had to compromise at closing cost. Otherwise good overall experience with refinance

We had a very tight window to close in 21 days. The local lenders and Realtors told me that there was no way that an online lender could do that. Well, Better did a great job. Even the Realtor and title company made comments at the end about how smooth the process was. Nice work and thank you so much. We closed, on time, yesterday with no issues.

This is absolutely the way all mortgages should be! Easy, straightforward, quick and inexpensive. Home purchase closed in under 30 days (with delays due to tracking down documents etc) is pretty unheard of. Tech driven company makes it very easy to provide nearly all documentation online
