Excellent service. Portal is easy to use, but intelligent humans are available via phone, text or email when needed. Despite this, still the best rates and overall lowest cost in my shopping experience.
Great rates! They beat everyone else I shopped on origination fees. Everything started great and organized; however, this changed. Tasks were assigned daily. I would submit the requested documents, only to be asked for the same information within a few days. The third party credit verification group even got my bank on the line twice to verify the same info. Everything was sent to closing group 13 days before closing.
