Wow!!!... What a great experience. My home refinance was completed within 2 weeks. The staff was friendly and almost everything was done online.... I still can’t believe I was approved so quickly and signed the papers in less then 2 weeks.....You have to take a look at these guys if you don’t want to deal with the ongoing hassle of the typical mortgage process.....

Easy to use, but was told after my preapproval that the amount of money was too small a loan for us to proceed.

I've had two excellent experiences with Better.com: once with a refinance, and just recently with a purchase. In the three years between my refinance and my recent purchase, Better has become, well, even better! The entire process was exceptionally smooth and the support was excellent and responsive at every step in the process. I found the reference of this Lender on ****** *****. I was skeptical of the lender at first and had doubts about their service since they weren't located in the city. However after speaking with the Better Mortgage team over the phone I felt confident in their ability to process my application and fund my loan within stipulated time. They did a phenomenal job of processing the application and funding the loan in timely fashion and provided a great service. On the plus side, we got the house. Our loan was approved and funded with the best rate and lowest closing costs of any of the other companies we considered. And the online tools make completing all the steps and tracking one's progress very easy. On the downside, the processing and closing reps made a few avoidable errors along the way that - were it not for our extended 60 day closing period - could've easily derailed the sale.
