The process was easy and the rate was good but the closing and title company Better partners with is horrible and messed up my documentation and deed 3 times. My closing got delayed repeatedly.

It's been over twenty years since I purchased a house....The loan approval process was immense. The Better Mortgage team did a good job communicating what was needed to keep me on track. My suggestion is to stay patient and these guys will get you to the finish line.

This was the least painful refinance I have ever done before. From start to finish, besides the 45 minutes it took to sign the loan documents, it only took about 2-3 total hours out of my life. The staff was very friendly and helped me get to the next stages. I appreciated being able to see the process online. Not sure I will need to refinance within the next 20 years but if I do I will definitely revisit Better.com.

Quick, Easy and extremely responsive! A team is put together to walk you through each step of the process. The "task" system in place is a great feature that tells you what you have to do next. I have found better on an online search, and all it took is a phone call, I had my great rate locked during that very same call. 2 days later I was able to complete all my tasks where I uploaded the required documents to prove my income. Couple of curve balls came up during the review, but Lauren and her manager were able to help my out to navigate the situation successfully and they ended up sweetening my deal further.
