This was my first time going through the mortgage process, and Better made it so much easier than expected. They offer a ton of rates and options, pre-approve you in just a few minutes, and give detailed breakdowns with every rate option. I couldn't be more happier about my recent experience with Better.com From the beginning I never felt pressured, the people I worked with were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and plain wonderful - explaining each step along the way. The rates were by far the best and other lenders I had started to compare rates with would tell me either what a great deal I had or they would try to bad mouth Better.com. Very stressful and frustrating process with Better Mortgage. Communication was horrible. They had a very hard time trying to verify mine and my wife's employment. They even called my employer asking about my wife as if we worked at the same place? And then day of closing at the closing table wire transfer hasn't gone through because they were missing the sellers signatures on the sales contract.
