    "Huge increase in our online reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? Integrates with our practice management software and very effective in getting feedback from patients What do you dislike about Birdeye? On occasion link between our practice and Birdeye disconnects. We do not recieve notification of this broken link. Only way we know is if reviews stop coming in What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Increase in feedback from patients. We get lots of positive Google reviews and feedback when we do not meet patient expectations

    "Great Company with Attentive Support" What do you like best about Birdeye? How quickly the support staff communicates and resolves tickets. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not seen anything that I dislike at this point. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are that the entire staff listens and works with us to better the product. It is an extremely easy setup process and has a very clean interface.

What i like best is how simple it is to use and how much feedback is received. What do you dislike about Birdeye? i have continued to have no issues when using Birdeye so there is nothing i can specify that i dislike. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I reccomend to review all of Birdeye's uses as there may be other parts of Birdeye you may find beneficial to your business that you may have not initially used it for. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems solved vary based on the reviews and feedback received from our clients. the feedback allows us to optimize our business workings.

    "You absolutely must have Birdeye in your marketing toolbox." What do you like best about Birdeye? I can't say enough good things about the customer support team. They have gone above and beyond to troubleshoot any issues I have had or fufill my requests. As for features of the platform, I love the ticketing ability and being able to filter by location. I also like to use the tagging feature to assign tags to review so that we can identify trends in responses and sentiment. Being able to communicate with customers directly from the platform through chat, SMS, or email is also extremely convenient. The robust reporting options are helpful in sharing performance with the rest of my team. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of any downsides to using Birdeye. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: You may think you can handle customer feedback manually on your own. Don't do it - use Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to address customer issues immediately through real-time notifications and use of the ticketing feature. We can also identify stores where we may be having trouble with staffing/employee morale/training with the filter by store/area manager view. With the social integrations, we are able to loop in social media communication and do it all from one source. I love the monthly reviews and reports with our account manager, they are extremely beneficial and help us identify things we can work on or improve in the next month.

    "Easiest Navigation and Interaction Ever" What do you like best about Birdeye? Navigating new messages, and reading/interacting with reviews is extremely easy. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Email alerts are delayed occasionally, but seems to have resolved itself. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Make sure to have a team to review your account, it should not rest on one representative. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer issues or concerns are brought to light quickly; customer satisfaction is easily highlighted as well.

    Excellent Product and service Pros: This service makes is extremely easily to send out request to clients for reviews and see who has responded. Quickly and efferently can stay on top of reviews. Cons: You have set up the website to be very easy to work with as well as easy to navigate. you are adding many features which is helpful. I would appreciate if there was a feature where they could also leave additional review for individuals without needing a whole separate cost or set up for this.

Minor glitches stemming from system updates What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye has helped us increase reviews and improve overall ratings. Their automated surveys and customer experience campaigns make it easy for our sites to communicate with clients without impacting workload. Direct integration to online listings makes it a one-stop-shop to address all online feedback.

Birdeye's ability to capture google reviews that would have otherwise never happened is unparallel to the competing service providers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Cost associated with the service could be lower but does not prevent us from using it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?     Great for the price Pros: Easy to use, user friendly, access to customer service if needed Cons: Some aspects are difficult to use I feel it has hidden capabilities and some training might be needed. Overall: Great for our business would recommend

What do you dislike about Birdeye? Improved communication on system updates Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Consider implementing a specialist based on account. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing 700+ single business users to view and respond to customer reviews from a single dashboard. Improves citation security.

    This Software is Amazing! Pros: I like that we can interact with prospects and tenants quickly and conveniently. Cons: Honestly, as of right now I have not found anything I dislike. Overall: As a company we can quickly reach out to future prospects and answer all of their questions and concerns. This has reduced the number of phone calls coming into our office, so we can focus our attention on those who are in our offices touring and getting information. All of the reviews are super helpful too. Yes even the not so great ones, as they give as insight on the areas we can improve.

    Bird Eye Review Pros: I like the ease of use the most. It compiles all the people I need to contact in the same place without providing my personal number Cons: There is nothing negative I have to say about this software. Overall: wonderful experience!

    Good Product Great Customer Service Pros: This software was fairly easy to learn and use. If you have problems with anything there are support pages and the customer support -- either online or via phone/email is great. Cons: Sometimes it seems the support pages do not keep up with some of the changes made to the software. Also some functions are not very intuitive. Would also be nice if some of the reports were able to be customized and showed the date range for the report at the top of the page. (It shows the date but not the date range of the report).

    Great way to have a "Birds Eye" view of your reviews! Pros: Ease to respond to client reviews, and the ability to see all in one place! Cons: I would like it if the email notifications were more detailed. Overall: Social Media negative reviews

    HUGE Time Saver! Everything you need in one spot! Pros: I love the convenience of having your big players all in one spot. Ease of reading and responding to reviews. Cons: Can't think of anything! This platform has truly been a time saver and I wish we would have started using it sooner.

    Very Satisfied Birdeye User Pros: I most liked how easy the software is to use. Cons: I have not ran int any issues with the software so there is nothing i can specify that i dislike. Overall: It has helped us tremendously in gaining feedback from our customers as to how satisfied they are with our services and to enlighten us as to ways we may improve our services moving forward.

    We Love Birdeye Pros: Birdeye makes sending a review request and for our customer's to write a review very easy. Cons: We haven't experienced any problems at this time.

    Helped boost our ratings! Pros: It was super easy to set up and now that we have it going it makes it really easy to send a review link to anyone who we think would like to leave us one. Cons: The chat feature times out after 60 seconds for people on our website which is just a little too quick for us to respond. Overall: All of the customer service reps I've talked with have been super helpful and have worked with our IT guys when we had a problem that I couldn't understand.
