My issue with what happened is lack of notification that our certificate has expired. In prior years you've given us sufficient advanced notice to address it. For about two days, it harmed the confidence that users had in the emails we sent them from Birdeye - and it was a very large batch. Its important that you get your notification of certificate expiration back into order.
Tanmay did a wonderful job in preparing us for the process, and keeping us informed every step of the way. He was always available and helpful to answer questions, and wrangle our team when needed. It was the smoothest implementation process I've had in a very long time! Thank you so much Tanmay!
