    Importance of reviews in todays market Pros: Very nice presentation when clients open the review request, Cons: Many clients have difficulty or are unable to leave a review, but this not the fault of Birdeye, it's a google issue. People without a gmail account have to surf around to figure out how to use their non gmail account. many get frustrated and stop, or think their review has been posted, but it wasn't. Birdeye gives you an additional option to leave a review through Birdeye alone which is helpful for those with difficulties. Overall: Customer service has been incredible. They continue to stay in touch until problem has been resolved.

    Fully committed Pros: ease of use and easy to navigate and other than this annoying review requiring a certain number characters Cons: could not think of anything at this time however since it requires I write something, I Ould have to say the asking for reviews after I already summated a review twice on my mobile app is super annoying. Overall: After many years of use the perfect review solution.

    Great customer support from Girish when connecting our social accounts to Birdeye. We were having some struggles, but he screen shared right into our computer and instantly saw what was occurring and gave us the solution to fix it.

    Great for Dentists Biggest benefit has been a significant increase in reviews for our practices that have integrated with the software. They start to see immediate results that continue in the long-term as well. PROS Best thing for us about Birdeye is the integrations with multiple dental patient management systems. Most offices don't want to take the time to learn a new platform so integration is key and Birdeye has the most options. CONS Support is all about closing tickets and not really about fixing problems. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE Birdeye had the most depth of dental system integrations of all the platforms REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE Yext owns your profiles in the platforms so if you leave you have to start from scratch.     Important to build your business Easy to maneuver software. Support always available put in your pocket easy to contact . Issues are resolved quickly. PROS Easy to learn and work with.support easy to contact and quick when solving issues. CONS Cannot personalize messages that go out to clients.     Birdeye lets you know how you're performing Birdeye has been very helpful to show us what our customers expect and then allows us to train to exceed those expectations. PROS Birdeye's ease of use allows you to get real feedback from your customer base quickly and efficiently. CONS I cannont think of any cons to this product. VENDOR RESPONSE Thanks Josh!     Review Machine PROS I like how quickly you can increase reviews for a client. I think integrating with a practice's pms is vital and makes things easier. I also enjoy being able to manually mark a patient from getting a review request CONS I don't like how the review request automatically directs them to leave a review. I wish it started with a screen asking if they had a good or bad experience. If it was good it can then direct them to leave a review but if it is bad then it would prompt a screen to send a message to the office on what caused the bad experience.     Birdeye is very good at what they do, but getting everything set up can be challenging PROS When the integration with PMS systems work, it works really really well. But when there's an issue, it's like pulling teeth to get things fixed. CONS Customer support is over-eager to close your tickets, even if the issue you have is not fully resolved yet.     Highly recommend Birdeye!!! I’ve had nothing but a great experience with birdeye! PROS I love how customizable everything is! And the customer support is very responsive! CONS I wish clients were able to leave reviews on Google without having to login

    Carolyn reivew great PROS The platform is easy to use. It reaches out to each patient after every visit. It is also easy to access the reviews even when I am not in the office.     Birdeye is a good product for Reputation Review Monitoring & Management It's OK. I'm frustrated that there are no learning modules to take a new Admin User or Owner through the basic setup and functionality. It's an easy interface on the surface - but much to learn by plowing through Help Topics one-by-one or opening a Support ticket for each issue I encounter... PROS Fairly easy user interface - although sometimes at the cost of functionality (or self-customization). Nice dashboard for our Clients to view their Reviews and Reports if they want. CONS Not easy to pull reports with every view I want (without making a "feature request" to add that report or view that I want. Also, Help topics are not nearly detailed enough to describe why to click ON/OFF each setting option (for instance) - and what impact that would have for functionality or user control (or notification). REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE This is a legacy system for Review Monitoring and Management. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Michele, we appreciate your feedback!
