I am a "first time" BMW owner, and this was my first time visiting Chapman BMW, I was referred to Terres by a friend (Dianna). I have never had a female sales person assist me! After I introduced myself to Terres; I also told her how much I did not enjoy shopping for vehicles and what I needed. My name is Heather Harrison, my husband and I came in on April 18th looking for a 5 series BMW that was used. Bruce Kotlicky approached us and was interested in what we were looking for. Bruce was amazing, he is very low pressure and listens to what you are looking for and then shows you something that would fit you within all the guidelines you give him. Ryan was extremely helpful. He was professional and did an excellent job at setting my expectations. My number one complaint when going into dealerships is being pass around and using bad and useless sales techniques. Ryan did none of this, the entre process took about 2 hours and I am tremendously happy with your sales process

Without a doubt, this is the best "new-car-buying" experience I have ever had. I spoke with Ms. Steinbach, she recommended a particular car the fit my needs. She found such car. She worked quite hard a getting the best for my trade-in. The kindness, honesty, concern and service are unequaled. I have owned many cars in my life, and this, by far is the best time. My husband and I live in Texas; we however purchased our BMW in Arizona. We were referred to Renata Steinbach by an acquaintance. We could not have imagined better care. Renata is simply amazing! Her smile and easy nature made this sometimes cumbersome process pleasurable and simple. I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. The dealership and its staff super exceeded our expectations. :) Now its up the my new car to prove we've made a smart investment. :)

We appreciated Rene's professional approach to selling. He was patient and we did not feel pressured to make our decision. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and experienced. Megan in the Finance Dept. was also efficient and answered all our questions not only about the financial end, but also the warranty informtion was cleary explained. I have experienced several BMW dealerships in Germany over the past 15 years and since i am living now in the USA i switched to Chapman BMW. Ryan did a great job and was friendly and working with me and we made the deal on another german brand but i would definately recommend my friends to do business with BMW Chapman.Leonardus.

I came to BMW to get my current BMW serviced, after talking with Matt Trader a service consultant there I decided that it would be in my best interest to trade my current car in for a new (used) one. He recommended Bits to me. Bits provided me with excellent serviced and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Overall I am very happy with my purchasing experience. I have no reason to complain, the sales person was actually nice and accomadating which is a nice change for a car saleman. At this point I would recommend Chapman BMW Chandler to my friends and family.
