I am in retail sales, and I have to say that my partner and I had the best time dealing with Ryan on this lease. The 5 hours went by with little effort, and we left knowing that we had been taken care of by one of the best. We asked to be sold on BMW and Ryan did that with flying colors. My partner and I will be long term BMW owners, and long term Chapman clients. It truely was Ladies and Gentle taking care of Ladies and Gentlemen. Thanks for the experience.

This was my third NEW BMW puchase/lease from this BMW dealership and there are many reasons why. First, Rich Hofrichter has always made a stressful thing (buying a car) fun and promising and is the only man I will go to. From the beginning of the used sales transaction with David through the Internet, from the moment we walked into the dealership and met Ryan and on to the final paperwork in Finance with Megan we were treated warmly, professionaly and with respect. We are repeat customers with Chapman BMW and will certainly continue our relationship with this dealership. It was a very good purchasing experience. We will go back.

We have dealt with Chapman BMW for the past 9 years and would not purchase a BMW from anyone else. We live in Vegas, yet travel to Arizona to purchase our cars. In the past nine years we have owned approximately 8 BMW's. We go there because of the service, the knowledge of the sales people and the outstanding customer relations. Steve helped me get my BMW 535. The experience I had from walking in the door was fantastic! They helped me with my trade in and even gave me a tour of the service area, so I’ll be sure to bring it by for all my service. By far the best experience I’ve had at any dealership!!
