Fast turn around and positive advisor. I felt they were more concerned about me than their bottom line (refreshing experience)

Worst experience ever. I went there 3 days in a row and the third time the salesman invited me back the car was missing. Why would Marvin call me to come buy a car that wasn't on the lot? They are unprofessional and unapologetic for their actions. I drove across the street to the Mercedes dealer and was treated like a human.

I bought a Tesla 2015 6 weeks ago. The finance department stll has not completed all the necessary paperwork to finalize the deal. They initial copied the wrong social. They also did not complete the documentation correctly at the purchase. I owe my first payment in 5 days yet the bank does not have the docs. Do not do business with them!!!

Moved to Chapman from Jupiter, Florida two years ago. My service experience at Chapman has been exemplary. I've been lucky enough to have Jonelle as my service rep the last two routine visits and she's a great example of the kind of employees Chapman hires - always professional, courteous, helpful, and caring.
