This is my 2nd time working with Jason Penney (5th or 6th BMW). He is absolutely wonderful to work with. Detailed, kind, polite and genuine. No hassle ordering and shopping. Mr. Garcia in finance was quick, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I always drive from Tucson, where we have a local dealership, to work with BMW Chandler.

DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR BMW SERVICED AT CHANDLER BMW. I have been taking my BMW to this dealership for service for the last 3 years, due to its location being convenient, definitely not because they have WOWed me with their service . Long wait times, they never clean your car no matter what the service entails and many times I have had to take the car back for issues they were suppose to have remedied. On 10/15/2021, I took my car for oil change and was told by the mechanic that NVLD switch is malfunctioning and needed to ch... read more

The warranty in question only covers vehicles that were purchased in California and since your vehicle was purchased in Arizona, it does not qualify for coverage. Since you called BMW NA directly and they told you it was covered, we felt compelled to advocate on your behalf. After being a loyal and avid BMW driver/owner for over 20 years I've received the worst customer service from Jacob Malburg at Chapman BMW in Chandler. Will be filing a complaint about Malburg Padding charges with BMW Headquarters as soon as possible. Be very aware when dealing with Chapman BMW Chandler. I will never due business with them in the future.

"Had me wait for a battery replacement, came out and told..." Had me wait for a battery replacement, came out and told me it was done and xar would be right out, 20 minutes later they came back and said they didn’t have battery in stock and the wouldnt be able to replace it with a non bmw part until the next day. Ridiculous.

"If you are African American do not go to this dealership...." If you are African American do not go to this dealership. On July 16, 2021, I went to see if I could get maintenance on my 2021 BMW X4 M version of my car. Once, I drove up to the Auto Service area at the dealership. I parked my car behind a BMW Demo X3 car and literally watch the service guy stare at me and continue to stand 10-15 feet away from my car. "2020 bought a Sonic 2018 from sales person Andre Simms..." 2020 bought a Sonic 2018 from sales person Andre Simms gave 4K down and in 6 months my daughters car broke down the BMW Loan is horrible they offered no warranty then my daughter went back they told her they were would place the car in her name they had to add me to the loan they lied gave another $500 down and they gave my poor daughter an older 2012 80,000 miles his the check engine light comes on they won’t trade in the car or refinance. For starters my sales person terrick lied about complementary oil changes, didn’t allow me to test drive the car I was buying but offered to drive it for me and then proceeded to FLOOR it while it was in its break in period. I took my 19-year-old who was ready to buy. I myself was in the market as well. We can buy pretty much whatever we want. I've owned 4 BMWs, 2 Porsches, 2 Audis, etc. All purchased new.
