"Called for a Ford, They wanted me to finance a BMW" I emailed about a Ford Mustang that was for sale. I emailed the sales rep about what the best price they would be willing to go down. The gentlemen said it was the final no hassle price. However I kept on receiving emails stating "thanks for your interst in the BMW, lets talk finance. Chapman BMW Chandler sold me a 2015 i3 that had been in a front end collision and did not provide me with any accident information at the time of the purchase. I was told this car had a clean carfax. No place in my paper work was I informed about this car being involved in an accident I also think it is wrong to have any used car customers sign a waver saying you will not sue the dealer after the purchase for any reason. Don, I’m sorry you feel that way. Just because a car has had an accident doesn’t make it a bad car, we sell many cars with prior damage (as long as they pass our safety check) and disclose them to our guests. It’s our policy to provide every Used Car Buyer with a copy of the Carfax (and they sign them at the time of purchase). The only offer I was given was $500 off MSRP, they marked up the money factor and pocketed the dealer incentive. I get it, it’s sales, so I let him know $500 off full sticker is just ridiculous and also pointed out I could tell they were marking up the money factor. "Bait and Switch?" Brought in to two different Chapman dealerships under premise car available. Not there. Supposedly car sold days ago yet its still listed on website. Chapman needs to ensure car available before customers drive all around town to see it. Disappointed.

"I went in for a recall that my BWM had . Nothing Else was..." I went in for a recall that my BWM had . Nothing Else was suppose to be done, when I went to pick up my car, on my way home my car turned off on me and was left stranded. I called BMW to advise them nothing was wrong with my car starting before I took it in, they advised me they didn’t do anything just the recall and they can’t do anything about it.

"Worst Car Dealership Experience of my life" I wish you could rate somewhere with 0 stars. I have done my fair share of car buying and I cannot express enough how awful this experience was. I went to Chapman with my truck to trade in for a 2014 X1. Prior to going I did all my homework. I knew how much the car was worth and how much my truck was worth. "High Interest Rates" i was overseas and my wife bought a BMW 328i with these guys and she got charged 10% interest rate and my wife honestly didn't had any knowledge of all this, they took an advantage of this, after few months when i got back i got to know this and contacted her bank they said its too much and right away gave me an interest rate of 3%, so be careful with these guys here at chandler, i would suggest better get approved by your bank, never trust these guys. I was disappointed to learn that the policy regarding loaner vehicles had changed. When I purchased my 2017 vehicle, I specifically asked and was assured that loaner cars would be available whenever you brought your car in for any type of service. We are a one-car family. Our prior dealership offered such that service. And if I had been told differently I would have considered other options. After only a year, the policy has changed and loaners are no longer available for warranty work.
