"Found out after car purchse thier was NO CPO" Purchased vehicle during transition from Prestige BMW to BMW of Ramsey with a new sales rep who is no longer working there. Lots of confusion. Found out the CPO did not go through during car inspection 3 months later. Now I have a potential $11,000 repair BILL !!!! Totally PISSED OFF !!!
"Way over Priced" Yes there are on top of things and are very courteous, and accommodating. But when I received and email that i needed 3 Tires at a cost of $1,160.00 plus tax and alignment. I was must say I was shocked to say the least. As the tires needed for my car are tops $160.00 each, and they quoted me $386.00 per tire, more then double!!! I realize they need to make a profit but "WOW"

"Average servic" Service was fine and done in one day as requested. However the loaner car I received was filthy. I have pictures of the cup holder where someone must of spilt an entire cup of coffee and let it dry in the holder. How can they give me a loaner car dirtier than how I keep my personal vehicle? Gross...

"Service review " I have had to come back multiple times for the problems I am having with my car. The dealer just libricates everything and doesn’t fix or replace by parts. It’s not normal for the car to make clicking and popping noises. I also got my car detailed at the dealer and they didn’t clean up some spots and stains. It was such a waste of money.
"In and out in under an hour" While getting my vehicle inspected, it was discovered that the OBD connector was pushed all the way into the dashboard making it inaccessible to the DMV Technician. Consequently, my vehicle failed inspection. I immediately went to Ramsey BMW, was met by Tony, and immediately assigned to a Service Consultant (Can't remember his name). My vehicle was taken to service where they fixed the OBD Connection, at no charge, and I was back on the road in under an hour!
"Service was fine" I was not called when my cars service was done. I had loner so no big deal and not sure if your policy changed. I was annoyed when I picked my car up the second day and it had not been washed. Attendent said they would do it right then but I had business to take care of. He also said I could come back any time. With the time period my car was with you there is no excuse that it had not been washed.

"Fix water collected under back doors " I have brought my car several times to have a fix for water collecting under the back doors, after the car was returned and following a rain event the problem repeated itself. Also the car was retained for 12 days!, far too long for the issues to be serviced. I will not mention the name of employees involved except for the Director of service who was very cooperative and helpful (Mr. Anthony Circelli).
