"Service Beyond the Terms of Contract" After taking posession of the car, a 2 Convertible, I found that some minor functions were not operating the way I expected and thought that they were minor glitches. "Too long" I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and it wasn’t finished until Wednesday afternoon. The tailgate sensor was replaced and a test drive for a possible noise (which was determined to be normal for the engine) was completed. Possibly the fact that the service advisor, Cara, was no longer employed was part of my problem. "Lack of Transparency for Servicing" Set appointment one week in advance. Dropped car off. Car not even looked at for 3 days and dealer had no intention to look at over that time.

"Scammers- illegal charges" Hit and miss staff with increasingly long wait times and worse attitudes every time I visit. They damaged my vehicle and charged me for repairs. They also charged me $750 for a not-at-fault accident i was in, resulting in damage to their loaner car. Their car was fully covered by 3 different insurance policies including their own, and they came up with a baseless $750 misc fee which was practically ransom on my car because they wouldn't let me leave without paying. "unprofesional sevice advisor" unprofesional and errogant. Doesnt know the product is not technicaly educated to do the job. Has no respect for customer needs and time. Did not understand my request for diagnostic documantation due to lack of understanding of technical aspect of the job. The shuttle arrangement was very poor. I had to wait for an hour and half to get a ride

"Service very bad" Service Dept calles to that my car is ready so I went to pick up my car... and I still had to wait for 1 hr 30 min... no svc reps seems care... they just keep saying that it will be ready without action.... it was very bad service attitude

"These people are slimy. Do not buy a car here." We reached a deal on a car with certain options. After delays in delivery (which should have been a red flag), they finally delivered the wrong car and tried to upsell it to us. A manager came out and tried to explain that the car we had agreed upon couldn't have been delivered. So we could take this car with options we didn't want, and and pay extra for it. "Very unhappy with my first experience " They kept my car for 11 days. Not once did I get an update. The only call I received was on day 11 to say my car was ready. They did absolutely nothing to my car except an oil change. I can’t believe it took 11 days to that. They didn’t find anything wrong with any of my other concerns. Honestly, I feel like they gave me my car back on day 11 because I called on day 10 for status and asked to speak to a manager. "Made good on their error/promise" One of my reasons for bringing the car in was for a broken cigarette lighter, used as a charger port. After nearly 2 hours I was given the car back and the charger still didn’t work. And they blamed my charger as the problem when it was working in the rear charger port. Then when I complained about the techs not looking further into it, the advisor Cara promised me a new charger in the mail to make up for all the problems. 2 months went by and I never heard anything.
