I was very satisfied with the service that was provided by this dealership. i would have given them a 5 stars if the timeliness of completing the brake work was better. there are so many reasons now a days for such delays (labor, etc) i gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was due for things outside of their control. I had to trade a car that I had purchased the prepaid maintenance on after just 5 weeks. He had explained that normally the maintenance plan is not refundable or transferable to my new car.
