Although we ended up not doing business, this was probably my most pleasant dealer experience in the last few years. Nick was a great CA, presenting the features of the i3 during the test drive and tried to locate the car nationwide to match our exact specs. In fact, out first contact came from Jennifer Reeve, who tried to know our needs. I really appreciate Justin Fagan's quiet, easy going approach. It took me multiple visits to decide on the right model and Justin was always patient and helpful. It is clear that he very knowledgable about the auto market and how various makes and models compare. I would highly recommend Justin as a sales advisor.

I was having difficulties finding a vehicle over the weekend, yet made my first and happily last search stop at the BMW of Ann Arbor Saturday morning. I knew which car I wanted, and this dealership had it at a very fair price. With low miles, and a great touch up on the exterior and interior, I was happy to pay the price for my Honda CRV. The previous owner of my vehicle also left in the car weather guard protection pads for the floor surface in the vehicle, and that was a blessing in disguise. I had an exceptional experience w/Client Advisor Sean Kettlewell when searching to purchase a new BMW. I am a BMW driver since purchasing my first vehicle in 1999. This was my 3rd new BMW purchase and hands down, by far, it was my BEST encounter with ANY Client Advisor ever as a result of Sean. My husband and I had pleasure working with Alexander Upshur on the purchase of BMW X5. Expertise aside, Alex was attentive and professional. The dealership didn't get a chance to get our car detailed since we bought it on the day of the visit. Mo Beidoun did a great job of demonstrating the 435i. Mo drove the vehicle to show the capabilities, then I drove to get a "real feel" of the performance. Mo spent as much time with me as I needed to give the 435i my full consideration. Great job Mo !

This dealership does what it says it will do when you buy a car from them. Honest and integrity are two words that best describes them. Went beyond the call of duty to completely satisfy the customer. Can't say enough good things about them.
