BMW of Ann Arbor consistently delivers great service. From the service representative, Dereck West, to the actual person performing the service I have always received top quality. I never feel like they are trying to oversell me services - I appreciate their professionalism. I also enjoy the car ride service they provide via Poppi. She is a delight and a wonderful added bonus to a great service experience!

Dereck is very helpful and very pleasant. And the dealership's procedures are to be commended, as well. Waiting an hour or two while the car is serviced is not a problem because the waiting room is comfortable, there's plenty of good coffee, and you're kept informed about the progress of the service.

We stopped in to BMW of Ann Arbor to get our car from the Service Department. Looking to get out of this car we were told that Mo Beidoun would be a great person to work with. Unfortunately this day was Mo's day off. A call was placed to Mo by the Service Department and within an hour Mo was there on his DAY OFF to meet with us. I had a fantastic experience with Mo. he was very prompt with getting me information. The most knowledgeable BMW sales professional I interacted with. He really knew all his stuff, regarding all bmw products without hesitation. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very accommodating and professional with my schedule as well. A very nice person.

No makes you feel like you are his only customer. Furthermore- when you purchase a vehicle from him- your relationship with the dealership and him is just the beginning. My wife and I ran over a nail about a month after purchasing our car and were losing air pretty fast. We called Mo to let him know we were on our way to the dealership to get a new tire. Owning three BMWs I have had many "interactions" with BMW of Ann Arbor and especially with service adviser Dusty. Every service was performed very well and I was always fully satisfied. Let me add that I build track cars, have a hoist in my home garage, am a technical moderator on a 250,000 member car forum and even rebuild engines and transmissions.
