BMW of Ann Arbor has a great customer service team. Eric and Darin helped me with car selection and paperworks, then Ray helped with financing as well as additional insurance options. They were very patient in explaining everything yet also very efficient. I drove the car home the very afternoon I visited them not knowing which car I will buy. Highly recommended!

I have always wanted to do a European Delivery of a German produced automobile. While this process always seemed rather daunting for me, the folks at Suburban Ann Arbor BMW made this process remarkably pleasing and easy. The actual E.D. in Munich at the BMW Welt was flawess and amazing! My client advisor Mo Beidoun was amazing from the start when I first met him at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show. His knowledge and help allowed the delivery of our 2016 BMW228xi in Germany 7 months later the BEST car delivery I have ever had!
I worked with Alex in 2012 when I leased a 3 series BMW. When my lease was coming due, Alex contacted me and we setup time to come in so I could hear all the options I had available. He did a great job walking me through everything and presenting some nice offers for a new vehicle. I ended up signing another lease and am extremely happy with the car and the entire process.
Alex was great to work with over the phone. I called on short notice to inquire about a used 328xi and was provided quick info. Very friendly and helpful staff.
