I showed up for the winter service event late last year (2015) and while my M Roadster and e39 were being serviced Luke took time out of his schedule and we talked BMWs for a while. I've visited this dealership on multiple occasions, and I won't go anywhere else. There are other BMW dealerships closer to me, but I actually drive an hour just to get here because I know I'm in good hands, and I trust the staff to take good care of me. The Sales Team is very polite, but also very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Alex Upshur from the Sales Team is far and away the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Alex was not only polite, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about their vehicles as well. I do a lot of research before I even visit a dealership, so more often than not, I know more about the vehicle I'm interested in than the people selling me the car. The staff at BMW of Ann Arbor are consistently courteous and prompt. They offer tremendous expertise. The BMW vehicle has a far more Spartan interior than I would prefer - but the quality of service and my experiences at BMW of Ann Arbor prevent me from purchasing a different brand from different dealership.
I was looking to upgrade from my 04 / X-3 earlier this summer. Dusty Harrison found the perfect X-3 / 2013 for my needs. Always gets back with me promptly and answers all of my questions without hesitation. Straight forward, no nonsense employee that I would like to have working for my company. Excellent service provided across the board!!
Service writers are prompt, and keep me apprised of inspections and repairs. Customer Service Representative is excellent. I depend on her to make my visit pleasant and quick.
