I went to check out a 328i cpo.They really care about their customers and provide honest answers. Trustworthy dealership which is very rare to find nowadays.
I'm a difficult person to please but these guys always managed to send me on my way happy regardless of the situation. If there is an issue, they fix it, and they do it with a smile, always! Most of the time it's an easy visit and Dusty always has time to personalize the visit by sharing a story or two before departing. They make you feel like you are part of the family at BMW of Ann Arbor! Excellent Team!
