Andrew was terrific from start to finish! He asked the right questions to determine what I wanted and what was most important and then help me find the right car. He listened very carefully and answered all of my questions and worked with me to get me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I'll be back for my next vehicle! I highly recommend Andrew and the team at BMW of Ann Arbor!

Alex Upshur provided a welcome improvement in my experiences with automobile salespeople, both for what he did, and what he didn't do. Alex was both welcoming and professional. When he asked which model I was interested in, he was unfazed when I responded with an in-demand model that he almost certainly would not have (and did not have) in stock. I have never worked with anyone in car sales that knew the product they were selling better than Mo did. Mo's knowledge of BMW's was very impressive. He knew every aspect of the 528i I was interested in. He is very easy to work with and talk to. After only talking with him for a little while, I felt like I had known him my whole life. I highly recommend reaching out to Mo if you're interested in a BMW!

Had a wonderful experience with Mo in sales! He is very personable and exemplifies what it means to have great customer service. We currently have a BMW 328i that is coming of lease. We worked with Alex Upshur to explore our options. Alex was very informative and orofessional. He presented us with all our options, including the BMW MSD program. Ultimately we made the decision on a 2015 demo at another dealership, that was not an option from Suburban. Alex was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly recommend him to our friends. Thanks Alex

I was checking out a used X3 with the M-Sport package (looks real nice), and Andrew Hueter did a great job of demoing the vehicle and representing his dealership. The new management must be doing something right at BMW of Ann Arbor. I was particularly pleased with the attentive sales help offered by Andrew Hueter when I was examining different car brands prior to my purchase in early 2016. We talked at length.
