Jelani was the person I reached on the chat. She was able to answer all my questions. I asked for an appointment 1 1/2 hours later and she accommodated me. She texted the salesman I would work with. When I met Eric, Jelani had informed him of pertinent information. Eric Griffin was my salesman and I highly recommend him. We were driving from New York to Chicago and ran into electrical problems. We arrived at the dealer on Ann Arbor as they were about to close for the day with no appointment. The service team treated us as if we were old friends. They were courteous, competent, and reassuring. One mechanic stayed late to resolve our problem. The service advisor assured us he would make sure we were taken care of. Everybody in the entire center was so helpful. They really stood behind the BMW name.
We recently purchases a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. Eric was very professional and helpful and made our sales process very easy. We had a very good experience!
Was almost closing in on a deal for a 2013 white 535X drive, my bad i was not prepared with research on value, called in the next day to find out it was sold! Somehow managed to find exact same car from Cole Nissan (Kalamazoo). Overall Mo did an Excellent job in helping me with the test drive and understand everything about the 535 which helped me decide to stick on with buying the 535X drive!

I arrived less than 20 minutes from their closing time and Mo got me 2 cars to test drive a m235xi and a 335i. That was pretty impressive and I would highly recommend to go to him if you are looking for a car.

Derek provided outstanding customer service. He was accommodating, prompt, friendly and communicated well. He reviewed possible work to be done now or in the future based on my needs and interest. More so than with some others I've worked with although all the service providers have been good.

Mo Beidoun was an exceptional salesman.He let us pick out a car our way and while always helpful and knowledgeable, he was never pushy. He recognized that we were smart people who knew what we wanted once we had all of the information. And he was a delightful person to deal with, intelligent, friendly and interesting. How many car sales personnel have a degree in filmmaking and make health-related films on the side?!
