I bought a new BMW M4 recently from BMW of Ann Arbor. Quentin was a great advocate for me in the process and a pleasure to deal with. Dusty has been great in helping me with the delivery process. I've known him for a few years through 3 BMWs and he's always been a great Service Advisor. He's a true BMW enthusiast who makes it exciting for me to be an owner!

From the moment we arrived Alex Upshur made our car buying experience perfect. Justin was great to work with. He was patient with all of my questions and multiple visits. I did not get the BMW SUV as I liked a competitor's features better. I felt that the management did not take me seriously with the numbers I had from competitors. They moved the numbers, but not to a realist level.
Mo Beidoun has been great to work with in a sales capacity searching for the right CPO vehicle for me. My current BMW will be cared for by BMW of Ann Arbor as well. The experience I have had to date with Service, Genius and Sales has exceeded all other dealer experiences I have had in 30 years of buying vehicles. I'd highly recommend BWM of Ann Arbor and Mo specifically. He is down to earth and honest - a refreshing experience.
My wife and I were in the market for a SUV. We were debating between the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. Alex Upshur was the sales man we talked to. There are not enough good things I can say about Alex. Bought a used 2008 528i. The whole team treated me as if I was buying their top of the line vehicle. They held the car for me despite a number of local buyers expressing interest in the car. I flew in from out of state, and they picked me up at the airport. The whole dealership experience has been top rate. Mo Beidoun was a fantastic associate to work with. And Ray in finance made that part of the process transparent and efficient. I would go all the way back to Ann Arbor from Maryland for my next car.
