Finance person never got back to me about extended warranties when I first got my car. Service is hard to reach by phone, even when you leave a message with your number. Once you do get in touch they are genuinely polite. They are pretty relaxed about giving out loaners and shuttle service in their i3's is convenient. One time my check engine light went on. Service advisor, Dereck West, was very prompt, courteous and professional when I recently brought my X5 in for an unscheduled service. Between Dereck and the service technician, they got my car repaired promptly so that I was able to get going again. I was very surprised at the changes in the last year at this dealership. For over a year we had water leaking onto the forward floor on both the driver and passenger side. The problem, which involved a broken drain tube from the sunroof, was repaired in one day and we have not had any more leakage, despite some heavy rainfall. The service rep was courteous and efficient.
