JMK service is excellent and Hilario is particularly good, very customer responsive, accommodating and makes sure the job gets done right and on time. I always bring my BMW there, always deal with Hilario and am always satisfied with the results. I heartily recommend them.
Greetings, I have given JMK the above ratings because I was immediately greeted and referred to a Service Advisor when I walked into the JMK BMW Service Center. My Service Advisor, Mr. DaSilva, was very professional and very personable also is extremely important. Lastly, my car service was completed in the length of time they advised me it would be which was important since I was getting my car serviced before heading to work. This is the second time I have serviced my car through Jacob Kolasinksi at JMK BMW. Jacob displays a high level of professionalism and has been responsible and proactive in adressing my car's issues and getting the proper service done on my vehicle. The service department does a great job overall, and I was quickly out of the dealership with a loaner after meeting with Jacob.
I have been a customer of JMK for over ten years and find it a joy to have my car serviced here. The service team associates are knowledgeable, customer focused and very friendly. I highly recommend this team of professionals to anyone. Special mention goes out to Hilario who consistently delivers great care to me and my cars. He is a super star.
I have been very happy with JMK BMW. I have leased 2 cars and bought a car from JMW in the last few years. They are very curtious and friendly whenever I go for service. I have benn dealing with Mr. Jacob Kolasinski in the service department since i got my cars at JMK. He takes cares of everything that needs to be done and usually make sure that I am satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend JMW BMW to other people.
Jacob is without a doubt the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. I have owned many high end cars and have always been treated like just a number. It is refreshing and an absolute pleasure to take my car in for service at JMK. Jacob K is friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable. The level of service is top notch and he makes me want to own a BMW for the rest of my life.
Jacob is extremely dependable and always available to resolve any situation. Jacob acknowledges every client even if there is a client in front of him. Over the years, The service and ongoing commitment that Claudio has provided for myself and my family has superceaded what I call "accomodation to the 10th degree". Many years ago I called Open Road BMW (where I purchased the car from) to help me, since I locked myself out of my vehicle. To my surprise, I was turned away and told that they have no trucks to pick my car up to bring to open road BMW. The best thing JMK did was to promote William from within the company. I've had a BMW for many years and I have been to many different service centers. William puts them all to shame. He knows what he’s talking about, and knows how to please his customers. His work ethic is superb, bar none. He surpassed my expectations by a lot. JMK and William are the reason I’m getting a another new BMW period.
