great Customer Service & Support. JMK Employee Hilario Soares was excellent with dealing with me. I would recommend anyone to take their car for service. The JMK BMW service knew that my car was due for service and called to remind me and schedule an appointment although the car was actually purchased at another dealership. Becuase they had my information on file and knew the cars history when i took it in a previous visit, they were very friendly in letting me know. EXCELLENT!!!!

JMK and Mr. Duarte have been amazingly accommodating. If I have a problem with the car, they deal with it in a manner that is completely pain free. Should it be appropriate to involve BMW, they handle that as well. In my experience, one phone call to Carlos Duarte and any problem is solved--just like that. From time to time I've considered switching from BMW to some other brand, but my experience with JMK and Carlos assures my loyalty.

i have been going to JMK BMW for about 7 years and had great service every time but no one had ever taken the extra step and time in helping me find the parts that i needed. It was very helpfull that i was taken to the location where the vehicle was being serviced and was they took the time to show and explain what the problems were and the steps to be taken to fix same. i am very happy with the service i received. Thank you.

I have only dealt with Hilario besides some minor assistance but I can say without a doubt THE REASON I switched dealerships. I bought my car in NYC at BMW of Manhattan and after a few years dealing with them I just couldn't put up with their elitism anymore. I can't say enough great things about JMK, Carlos, and Chuck. It is a first class operation, where you're treated like family versus just another customer. On the sales side, Chuck does not try to push the car or accessory of the day on you. Rather, he helps guide you to the best vehicle and options for your needs. I am using JMK BMW for service and Jacob Kolasinski as a service advisor for many years. What I get there exceed my expectation and made me happy with my BMW. I bought my first BMW at Park Avenue. I would not recomend anybody to buy car there. I serviced it at Prestige BMW. Same here, I would not recomend Prestige for service. They could not fix fuel gauge problem after few visits. We have been customers of JMK since 1995, both purchasing and servicing our vehicles there. Claudio is the best service advisor and we personally request him everytime a vehicle needs to be brought in (we have 4). We would recommend both JMK and Claudio without hesitation! The service is by far the best.

The JMK BMW Team have always been excellent when it comes to service and sales as well. Every employee is pleasant to dela with. I would recommend JMK without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase either a brand new or CPO BMW. I have yet to find another BMW dealershpi who can match JMK's Team and I've been to at least 3 other dealers in NJ.

I've worked with Jacob Kolasinski on a number of occasions. He has been very helpful to me throughout my service appointments at JMK and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing service on their BMW in New Jersey. He is very knowledgeable on all areas of BMW maintenance.
