Great experience. Steve showed me some pre-owned in my price range. We took a test drive, he gave me the details & I left. Thought about it for a few weeks, called him up & he helped me make a decision. No "hard sell" which I like, very available & friendly & I'm sure I'll be back in the future.
Purchased vehicle at end of lease. Prior to this time I had received excellent service, which was a significant factor in my decision to by the car rather than purchase a new non-BMW from another dealer. The assistance I received with respect to the purchase of my vehicle was excellent. I was advised of various options and the costs associated therewith. The purchase procedure was made painless (with the exception of the financial obligations, for which I cannot hold the salesperson/dealer responsible).
Great experience with purchase of a new 2011 BMW X5 35d After doing my research I went back to JMK BMW in Springfield, NJ and purchased my second BMW from them yesterday. I worked again with salesman (Client Advisor in BMW speak) Mark Carvalho. Mark is very knowledgeable with BMW products and very pleasant to work with. After dealing with another dealership for many years, I had the opportunity to try JMK BMW. I was recommended by a relative to Heather O'Brien. Heather is professional, knowledgeable was extremely helpful in my selection of my new BMW. She went to great lengths to find the right deal for my budget. The financial end was handled by Ceasar and I found him to be as personable and professional as Heather. JMK seems to have a great team of employees and I will, in the future recommend their services to friends and relatives.
Whenever I bring in my car for service at JMK I always have Jacob take care of me. The service that I have received from Jacob is perfect, there are never any issues or any delays. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and passionate and I would recommend Jacob to anyone for phenomenal service
