"Chuck provided me with an overview of the the first..." Chuck provided me with an overview of the the first service appt for my BMW 430i as soon as I arrived and gave me an idea how long my wait would be since I was waiting at the dealership. He checked in with me about 30 minutes in and then came back 45 minutes later to say my car was ready for me. It was a great experience dealing with him and hope I get to work with him in the future.
