"I had a tire problem that needed immediate attention. I..." I had a tire problem that needed immediate attention. I brought my X3 in with no advance notice. Rhoel Gray never blinked. In just over an hour he had the car ready to go back on the road, even with a nice wash job. It was a bit expensive for just a car wash (LOL), but as always I greatly appreciated the prompt and courteous service from Rhoel and the great folks at Germain.

Every single time we need something from this dealership Moises Marante is there for us, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Normally visiting a dealership for service is not the best experience, but here with Moises we are very happy and glad that we have found him. "Chuck Griffith takes care of my car like it was his own!..." Chuck Griffith takes care of my car like it was his own! The service guys meet me when I drive up and they always get Chuck to help me with what is needed. He also arranges for someone to drive me to work and that is VERY helpful. When my car is finished he finds 2 people to drive it to my work and then they drive back to the dealership. Great Service!!!!! Chuck is a main reason I stay with Germain BMW.

"My service advisor, George Donovan, took the initiative..." My service advisor, George Donovan, took the initiative to validate the initial diagnosis of my car’s problem. As a result, the problem with my car was determined to be less than was originally thought. His initiative resulted in a substantial savings for me. Thanks you George.

Everytime I bring my car in I'm always greeted with a smile from him and the assurance that he will check everything out!
