In just over an hour he had the car ready to go back on the road, even with a nice wash job. It was a bit expensive for just a car wash (LOL), but as always I greatly appreciated the prompt and courteous service from Rhoel and the great folks at Germain.

The service guys meet me when I drive up and they always get Chuck to help me with what is needed. He also arranges for someone to drive me to work and that is VERY helpful. When my car is finished he finds 2 people to drive it to my work and then they drive back to the dealership. Great Service!!!!! Chuck is a main reason I stay with Germain BMW.
