The dealership was clean, everyone I dealt with was very respectful, and courteous. I would take my car back to them in a heart dear, if I needed it worked on. Rich, the Service writer was a great man, professional and courtesy.

We brought in our BMW for its first oil change and to swap out tires to winter ones. We waited while this was being done. Brandon was great in giving us wait expectation times and took care to keep us informed. And he even thanked us for our patience! He always had a smile on his face and was very pleasant to work with!
