Outstanding customer service in the service department. Had to have my car towed in on a Monday morning because it was malfunctioning. They diagnosed the problem and had my car repaired in a little over 24 hours!

I felt valued and will be coming back. I did think the there was a car wash after the work was completed however my car was not washed

I had my 2016 X4 in for scheduled maintenance (oil and brake fluid change). Jeff and the service technician were excellent. The video of the vehicle inspection was very insightful too.

Jeff was courteous and professional and other staff were all on the ball. I wasn’t kept waiting at any stage. My loaner was ready to go; when I came back the loaner return & pickup were smooth as glass. It’s what you imagine service will be like but seldom is.
