Our car buying experience was great. Steve was knowledgable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. He worked to get us into the car we wanted within our timeframe/budget. Our experience purchasing the certified Z3 BMW was the smoothest ever due to our sales associate Muhammad Kaleem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and qualified to complete our transaction in one afternoon. We drove to BMW Gallery in our old car and left in our Z3. Muhammad stayed late to complete the deal and demonstrate the features of the car. He truly made us feel comfortable throughout the process. My selection of BMW Gallery of Norwood was the result of an internet search for a pre-owned BMW 330xi, which I located at this dealership 2 hours from my home. The Best People n the Best Facility I have Ever Seen.....!!!
