Muhammad did a fantastic job helping me find exactly what I was looking for and meeting my strict budget limitations. I confronted him with some seriously tight parameters and he came through for me. I had a Honda that was totaled and needed a replacement car quickly. Having owned an Audi and a Lexus, I wanted a BMW (since my kids are staring to graduate from college) and so visited BMW Gallery first before stopping at other dealerships on the AutoMile. We felt welcomed at the BMW Gallery of Norwood right away. The Callery is light-filled and spacious, and full of new models to look at. Our sales associate, Muhammed Kaleem was very knowledgeable and never pushy. He is enthusiastic about BMW's and really knows his stuff. The guys at BMW Gallery Norwood were very pleasant to deal with, enthusiastic and informative without being too pushy, and very accommodating when we were wavering between new and pre-owned, between buying and leasing. We wound up leasing a new 335xi (great car) and the pricing we came up with was, well, as inexpensive as any other quote we got for the same new BMW, and cheaper than some. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Steven was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the car I wanted. He was able to assist me with the options I requested and kept me informed as the car was being built. My phone call were always returned promptly. The delivery process was smooth. He demonstrated all the cars features and hooked up my telephone and ipod for me.
