Each time upon entering the showroom, I was greeted in a friendly and professional mannner...not overdone nor underdone...just right. I had a wonderful experience at the BMW Gallery of Norwood. I arrived fully intending to 'just look' at a 3 series I found online, but Tom gave me a deal I just couldn’t refuse. I recently purchased a 2006 CPO 325XI. Tom was knowledgable about the vehicle and worked with us to negotiate the deal. We stopped in to see what was in the inventory on the day before Thanksgiving at approx 4:00 P.M. test drove and negotiated the deal by 6:30 and picked the car up on Friday. The overall experience with Tom and The BMW Gallery was pleasant and professional. I would recommend the BMW Gallery in Norwood to friends looking for a BMW and would return there in the future.

It was a great to work with this team from the minute i get to their door to sales to finish all paper work , perfect customer service ... great experience with the sale person to a financial people dealing with the paper work and with great service at the end .
